The tourism season in Uttar Pradesh will begin in November, and trained nature guides will be deployed to enhance visitors’ forest and wildlife experience.

The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department will conduct the training for nature guides this year as well, in two sessions: October 21-26 and November 3-8. After completing the training, participants will undergo an examination to determine the final selection of nature guides for this season.

Divisional Forest Officer of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, Manish Singh, provided this information in the context of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. He said, “Indian citizens are eligible to apply, provided they have no record of police or forest crime. The minimum educational requirement for nature guides is completion of the 12th grade, though a relaxation in qualifications will be granted to those with five years of experience as nature guides.”

He added, “Applications must be submitted by October 20, along with the required documents, including the 12th-grade mark sheet and a photocopy of the identity card, to the Divisional Forest Officer’s office in Pilibhit by 5 p.m
