Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari has been conferred with the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.) at the 19th Convocation Ceremony of SRM University in Ghaziabad today.
Founder Chancellor of SRM University Dr. T. R. Paarivendhar presented the degree in the presence of Union Minister General (Retd.) V.K. Singh , MP Satyapal Singh , Pro-Chancellor Shri Ravi Pachamootho Vice-Chancellor Dr. Shri C. Muthamizhchelvan , and Director Shri Sanjay Vishwanathan.
Shri Gadkari ji has been conferred with this Honorary Doctorate for his outstanding contribution to the development of Highway Infrastructure in India at par with developed nations around the globe.
