Kejriwal’s Failed Education Model: Delhi BJP

Press Statement on Kejriwal’s Failed Education Model.
BJP Demands that Kejriwal Government should stop playing with education system and call an All Party Meet to discuss ways to improve the education system of Delhi — Virendra Sachdeva
New Delhi, 2 April: Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva has said that the self-acclaimed education model of Arvind Kejriwal Government has failed and the feedback coming from the government school teachers fully exposes the education model failure.
Shri Virendra Sachdeva has said that all through last 8 years we have seen that out of every 100 students studying in government schools Class IX between 30 to 50 drop out of Class X and similar drop out pattern is seen in Class XI & XII also but what we are witnessing this year has totally exposed the education model of Kejriwal Government.
Delhi BJP President has said that its shocking to know from Delhi Government School teachers as well as from news reports that this year the result of Class IX & XI is so poor that the Education Directorate has had to issue a circular asking teachers review answer sheets of students to increase the number of successful students by 6th April.
We are told that teachers are now forced to write answers in almost blank answer sheets of below average students especially in multiple choice questions section and then pass them with 33% marks.
Shri Sachdeva has said this amply exposes what poor model of education Kejriwal – Manish Sisodia & Ms. Atishi have developed under which students are not tested till Class VIII nor is their attendance checked as a result of which even such students reach Class IX who are not fit even for Class VI.
Delhi BJP President has said BJP Demands that Kejriwal Government should stop playing with education system of Delhi and call an All Party Meet to discuss ways to improve the education system of Delhi.
