Former Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra Inaugurates HIFAA 2025 in Goa – A Unique Celebration of Healthcare Excellence and Fashion

Goa, 30th August 2025: The second edition of the Healthcare Iconic Fashion and Awards (HIFAA) made headlines today as it was officially inaugurated by Former Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra, at the prestigious Taj Goa.

The event stood out for its unprecedented fusion of healthcare, wellness, and fashion, honoring doctors and healthcare professionals who have made remarkable contributions to society. This initiative aims to recognize medical excellence while promoting wellness and lifestyle awareness, making it a first-of-its-kind platform in India.

“Doctors are the real heroes, and it’s important to acknowledge their tireless efforts beyond hospital walls,” said Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra during the inauguration. He lauded the vision of Dr. Biswajit Mondal (Founder) and Hemanshu Mehta (Co-Founder) for creating this innovative concept that celebrates both professional excellence and holistic well-being.

The event featured 30 prestigious awards presented to doctors and medical experts from Goa and across India. Eminent names like Dr. Rahul Bajpai, Dr. Santosh Pandey, Dr. Kumar Dussa (Orthopedic Specialist), Dr. Mickey Mehta (Global Wellness Guru), Dr. Ali Irani, and Dr. Preeti Reddy were part of an engaging panel discussion on the future of healthcare and wellness integration.

Adding star power, actress and influencer Ekta Jain hosted the evening, while Bollywood playback singer Dev Negi delivered a high-energy live performance. Martial arts expert Ranbir Laishram and his students showcased a spectacular act, emphasizing fitness as an integral part of lifestyle.

Speaking about the vision behind HIFAA, Dr. Biswajit Mondal said,
